Owner Paul Rogers has many years experience in Estate Agency working for both Independent and Corporate Agencies. In early 2018 he decided to set up his own Agency and brought in an experienced team who can boast nearly 80 years between them.

Our photographer has nearly a quarter of a century of professional experience and still works for national and international magazines, instilling confidence in both ourselves and clients alike to know that they are going to get the very best pictures of their property.
We use the latest floor plan software to ensure that a clear and detailed blueprint of your house is provided for potential customers.
We have taken special care when looking at other services that can be offered to our customers and have a panel of companies that we are happy to recommend. Ellie started her career in Estate Agency via the corporate route mainly in Leicestershire area and working in Market Harborough for over three years before joining the team at Rogers & Co.

Nikki was introduced to Estate Agency in 2020, and joined the team at Rogers & Co as a Sales Progressor and Administrator.
Nikki has 20 years’ experience, in delivering exceptional customer service, to ensure our vendors and purchasers are well looked after, and updated throughout the sales process.
Whilst looking after sales progression, Nikki also attends to the administration requirements within the office.
Jacqueline has been in the property industry for over 12 years, most of which has been spent in and around the Northamptonshire area.
Her extensive experience and bubbly personality enables Jacqueline to appreciate the stresses customers may face when buying or selling their home, and prides herself in to providing support and exceeding our client's expectations through every stage of their journey.
